The 1998 Hall of Fame Inductees

Nick South
Born: 9-20-74  Height: 6'0'' Weight: 195  Position: Forward/Center
Bombers player from 1991-1997. Defensive wizard was usually called upon to stop opposing teams scorers. Could play defense inside or out. Mainly an inside scorer, but was capable of shooting from beyond the arc. Member of Bombers 1992 Championship team.
Best Bomber Game: Scored 25 points and pulled down a Bomber record 17 rebounds in a 1992 game while swatting 5 opposing player shots.

Chris Routt
Played for the Bombers from 1991-97. Routt was the main go-to-guy for the Bombers for several years. "He has the strangest shot you've ever seen, but you won't see many people stop him," said one teammate. Routt could score from all spots and could be counted on to deliver in the clutch. Member of Bombers 1992 Championship team.
Best Bomber Game: Poured in a Bomber record 39 points and added 9 rebounds in a win in 1993. Routt was en fuego!

Mike Saylor
While he wasn't a member of the Bomber's championship team (1991, 93-97), Saylor was the floor leader of several Bomber victories. Saylor's quickness and shooting ability made him one of the most deadly long range Bombers (if you will). Combined with his passing and defense, Saylor's place in the Hall is easy to find. "By far, the best all around Bomber ever"
Best Bomber Game: Saylor dished out 21 assists in a Bomber game in 1991 and still found time to pour in 24 points with 6 of 8 three point shooting.

Robert Jones
High flying Jones was one of the most exciting Bombers to watch. Playing from 1991-97, Jones was equally capable of supporting the team of becoming the leader (he scored over 20 on several occasions). Considered the best athlete on the team, Jones was skilled in penetrating to the hoop or dishing off to the open player.
Best Bomber Game: Recorded Bombers only triple double with 31 points, 11 assists and 10 rebounds in a win in 1993.
